Our humble home, located in Santa Maria del Tule is available to rent upon special request.
We open our home’s doors to creative friends and acquaintances, interested in spending 4 or more nights in the slow-paced town of Santa Maria del Tule, in the rural outskirts of Oaxaca City.
Our home is a creative haven, with a shared textile studio, materials shop, large garden, and a few furry farm animals.
Logistics
The home has two rooms for rent. Room specifications are shared below in each of the listings.
The home shares a large, fully-equipped kitchen, large garden, and an open-air textile studio.
The home is located in the center of the town of Tule, just blocks away from the iconic 2,0000 year old Ahuehuete tree, as well as markets, shops, restaurants and more.
Transportation between Oaxaca City and Tule is easy, and takes about 20 minutes.
Cleaning
We offer a deep clean of the room 1 time per week, usually on Monday, with some variation.
Guests are expected to be respectful and cleanly in the home’s common areas (kitchen, garden, and studio).
Other Services
The house has filtered drinking water and wifi throughout.
Guests have free access to the TEXERE co-working space throughout their time.
The TEXERE team will also send a curated suggestion list for Tule town and Oaxaca City.

Palma Suite
The palma suite quaint and quiet. It has a private bathroom, a queen size bed, and a garment rack and dresser in the room.

Pochote Suite
The spacious Pochote Suite has a private bathroom, a queen size bed and a twin size bed, a walk-in closet, and plenty of extra space within the room for things like yoga or weaving on one of our frame looms.
