We’re thrilled to open the doors of our humble home in Santa María del Tule to creative friends and acquaintances. Nestled in the rural outskirts of Oaxaca City, our space is a peaceful haven, perfect for a stay of 4 or more nights.
With a shared textile studio, a materials shop, a lush garden, and a few friendly farm animals, Texere is a space to slow down, connect, and create. To help us prepare for your arrival, please fill out this form with your details.

Highlights
We have two cozy rooms available for rent, with detailed specifications in each listing. Our home features:
A spacious and fully equipped kitchen
A large garden
An outdoor textile studio for your creative projects
Located in the heart of Tule, we are just a few blocks from the iconic 2,000-year-old Ahuehuete tree, as well as local markets, shops, and restaurants. Transportation to the city of Oaxaca is convenient and takes about 20 minutes.
Additional Information:
We provide a deep cleaning of each room twice a week, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays, with some flexibility.
We kindly ask guests to maintain cleanliness in the shared areas: kitchen, garden, and studio.
Enjoy filtered drinking water and free Wi-Fi throughout the home.
Guests have free access to the TEXERE co-working space during their stay.
Our TEXERE team will send you a curated list of recommendations for exploring Tule and the city of Oaxaca.

POCHOTE SUITE
The spacious Pochote Suite has a private bathroom, a queen size bed and a twin size bed, a walk-in closet, and plenty of extra space within the room for things like yoga or weaving on one of our frame looms.
It can accommodate up to 3 people
$2,100 MXN per night
4 night minimum
To confirm your reservation, we kindly request a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Once the payment is confirmed, the remaining balance will be due upon arrival. Payments can be made by credit card or in Mexican pesos. We look forward to welcoming you and ensuring you have a pleasant stay with us.
PALMA SUITE
The Palma Suite is cozy and peaceful. It features a private bathroom, a queen-size bed, and a coat rack and dresser in the room.
It can accommodate up to 2 people.
$1,800 MXN per night.
Minimum stay of 4 nights.
